Årets Davos

Förgröningen av näringslivet fanns trots allt med på ett hörn av World Economic Forum i Davos. I form av en rapport om investeringsbehovet och några förslag till hur man skall få ut mer. Inga sensationer men välskrivet, bra illustrerat (se bild nedan) och bra att det finns med i resonemanget.

För det är stora åtaganden som behövs:

Approximately US$ 296 billion per year in incremental energyefficiency investment is needed in the buildings sector to 2030
—The IEA estimates that more than US$ 13 trillion overall needs to be invested in energy efficiency over the next two decades in the buildings sector. This will be crucial to reduce the demand for producing new energy.
—New buildings will need to meet stringent energyperformance requirements, while existing buildings will need retrofits with longer paybacks; this raises the importance of financing mechanisms,
